The client approached us to upgrade their existing matching platform for technical consultants in the aviation industry. They needed a more stable and scalable solution.

Solution

Our team developed a user-friendly platform that simplifies the matching process between technical services companies and their aviation consultants. Some of the main features include a secure contract hub to store and manage documents, smart project creation tools that help find the right consultants quickly, and an availability calendar that shows consultant schedules up to three months ahead—cutting down on back-and-forth emails and calls.

To support better communication, the platform includes a community forum, built-in chat with simple attachment search, e-signatures through PandaDoc, and automatic email notifications powered by SendGrid. The dashboard brings everything together with a clear overview of active projects, consultant availability, and key actions — making day-to-day management much easier.
