Key features include a kanban board for tracking applicant progress, built-in video call functionality, and automated notifications for declined applications. The platform also supports collaborative workflows by allowing team-wide access to hiring data, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing.

Additional capabilities include bulk email communication, rating freelancers with objective criteria, and exporting profiles and ratings for easy sharing. With community-sourced project briefs, a freelancer database, and tools for grouping freelancers into teams, the system simplifies project scaling and fosters collaboration while eliminating the need for multiple external platforms.
